The Port Huron Police Department posted a video on the department’s Facebook page Tuesday with two of their finest lip syncing and jamming along to the song “Radar Gun.”
Officer Mynsberge and Officer Godwin showed off some smooth moves as well as offered some bold, some might say daring and impressive, calisthenics in the cruiser. While one showed off a slick new radar gun, the other offered a badass air guitar solo. The pair also displayed some break-neck head bobbing and swivels that could put Jim Carrey out of business for good.
It’s still up in the air if Officer Mynsberge and Officer Godwin have what it takes to make the video go viral, but according to the Port Huron Police Department’s Facebook post the video has been played on at least two local news stations. The post read, “We just heard that Officer Mynsberge’s and Officer Godwin’s #TriHospitalEMSDashCamKaraoke video was on Channel 2 and Channel 4 news this morning! How cool!! FOX 2 Detroit WDIV Local 4 / ClickOnDetroit”
In two days since the video was posted the video generated over 300 Likes. I’ll let you be the judge. It appears that the Port Huron Police Department was challenged to produce the video, and they passed along the challenge to the Port Huron Fire Department, the Marysville Police Department, MSP Lapeer Post and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.
